Scouts OnlyThe classic Pinewood Derby experience following official BSA guidelines.
Requirements
- Official BSA kit chassis must be used
- Official size dimensions must be maintained
- 5.0 oz maximum weight
- All four wheels must touch the track
- Gravity-powered only — no propulsion allowed
- Creativity is encouraged in design and decoration!
Speeders & Cheaters
Powered BracketAnything goes in this high-octane bracket — bring your wildest builds!
Anything Goes
- Non-explosive propellant systems allowed
- Rockets, CO2 cartridges, compressed air
- Rubber bands and springs
- Modified wheels permitted
- Custom chassis designs welcome
- Must fit on the track
